- The State/Local Centre Technician
Committee are to be formed as per Rule 4.
- Election of the Chairman and
Honourary Secretaries of the Technicians'
Chapters for the ensuing year are to be conducted
by the Committee of the respective Technicians'
Chapters latest by 31st August ( Refer Rule 3.3)
but preferably by 31st July and the names,
addresses and membership numbers of the Chairmen
and Honorary Secretaries so elected are to be
communicated to the Secretary & Director
General, The Institution of Engineers (India), 8
Gokhale Road, Kolkata 700 020 immediately
thereafter.
- The Annual general meeting of the
Technicians' Chapters are to be held latest by
30th day of September (Refer Rule 3.2) but
preferably by 31th day of September (refer Rule
3.2) but preferably by 31st August and the entire
Committee including the Chairman and Honorary
Secretary elected earlier are to be installed at
this meeting.
- The names, addresses and
membership numbers of all the members of the
Committee of the technicians' Chapters are to be
communicated to the Office of the Secretary &
Director General, The Institution of Engineers
(India), 8 Gokhale Road, Kolkata 700 020
immediately thereafter.
