The Civil Engineering Divisional part of the Institution's Journal is published four times a year in the months of February, May, August and November.

Intending authors may submit their original papers prepared in accordance with the GUIDELINES in quadruplicate along with the original set of drawings / photos, if any, to the Institution Headquarters.
